By downloading, installing, or using ASMR Dream ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Description of Service

ASMR Dream is a mobile application that provides access to ASMR content for relaxation and entertainment purposes. The App streams content from third-party sources, including YouTube, and may display advertisements. A premium version is available that removes advertisements and provides additional features.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any account information. You agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Not use the App to transmit any harmful or malicious code
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Premium Subscription

ASMR Dream offers a premium subscription that provides an ad-free experience and additional features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

  • Subscriptions are billed through your Google Play account
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play Store settings
  • Refunds are subject to Google Play Store's refund policy
  • Price changes will be communicated in advance

5. Third-Party Content and Services

The App uses YouTube API Services to provide content. By using the App, you also agree to:

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party services. The App acts as a platform to access content, and we do not control or endorse the content provided by third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by Huitzil or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions. You may also stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified through:

  • App updates
  • Our website
  • Email notification (if applicable)

Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Age Restrictions

ASMR Dream is suitable for all ages. However, if you are under the age of 13, you must have parental consent to use the App. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sinaloa, Mexico.

14. Entire Agreement
